I can sense your love, why leave me in darkness?Beguile me for your amusement, stealing my soul without kisses. You are the sun and I, the moon. Your beauty is reflected in my eyes. When we are apart, I am extinguishedin the blackness of these skies.
Kamand Kojouri
The greatest thinkers have attempted to find who we are where we come from and why we are here but the greatest enigmas to me are how your hair is a lasso that captures the stars how your eyes are lakes that drown my doubts and how your skin is the sun bursting all at once. If I knew these answers I’d know everything for you alone contain the entire universe.
Kamand Kojouri
At the end of the day…we are anchoring into the peaceful lagoon, smiling at the majestic sun and its flirting rays, slowly slipping into the glittering ballroom of immense night skies, sipping on the platinum moon liquor under the blues of rippling waves kissing my golden foot hanging over the board of gently rocking boat, and diving into the bed of galaxies whispering magical stories of their eternal lives connecting souls…till the dawn…
Oksana Rus
Their beauty was to the beauty of Miss Canal Zone as the glory of the Sun was to the glory of a lightning bug.
Kurt Vonnegut Jr.
She burns like the sunBeautiful when she comes undoneNo restraintsPure passion flowing through her veinsMadness refusing to be tamed.
Melody Lee
It was growing dark on this long southern evening, and suddenly, at the exact point her finger had indicated, the moon lifted a forehead of stunning gold above the horizon, lifted straight out of filigreed, light-intoxicated clouds that lay on the skyline in attendant veils. Behind us, the sun was setting in a simultaneous congruent withdrawal and the river turned to flame in a quiet duel of gold....The new gold of moon astonishing and ascendant, he depleted gold of sunset extinguishing itself in the long westward slide, it was the old dance of days in the Carolina marshes, the breathtaking death of days before the eyes of children, until the sun vanished, its final signature a ribbon of bullion strung across the tops of water oaks.
Pat Conroy
Fortune's fool! How we humans lie upon beauty like lizards upon a sun-baked rock.
Roman Payne
I hear you in the morning sun.
A.D. Posey
Live to revel in just another twilight. Life may sink and disappear along with the sunset never to rise again
Munia Khan
Today’s storms usher in tomorrow’s sunshine.
Matshona Dhliwayo
You are as the sun; the world is your stage; even without an audience, shine.
Matshona Dhliwayo
The sun announces its presence with light, not words; do likewise.
Matshona Dhliwayo

Matshona Dhliwayo
The sun does not rise to earn praise; it just shines, and the whole world pays homage.
Matshona Dhliwayo
You are beloved; even if you were the last person on earth, the sun would rise for you.
Matshona Dhliwayo
The sun does not rise abruptly, but perseveres until it rules the sky.
Matshona Dhliwayo
The sun is intelligent because it never rises too early, and wise because it never sets too late.
Matshona Dhliwayo
A dove struggling in a storm grows stronger than an eagle soaring in sunshine.
Matshona Dhliwayo
If you live in the desert, view the sun not as your enemy, but as your friend. If you live in the wilderness, view nature not as your adversary, but as your companion.
Matshona Dhliwayo
The sun is never denied the light it gives; likewise, you are never denied the kindness you bestow.
Matshona Dhliwayo
Don’t be afraid of being alone; remember, when the sun rises, it rises with nobody at its side.
Matshona Dhliwayo
Water returns to the ocean. Light returns to the sun. Life returns to God.
Matshona Dhliwayo
I wake up in strange beds and in unknown rooms. I wander in dark alleys and crooked roads. Some days I don't even see the sun. Some nights the moon hides from me. I am the wanderer and wandering is my destiny!
Avijeet Das
Don't tell me about the Press. I know *exactly* who reads the papers. The Daily Mirror is read by the people who think they run the country. The Guardian is read by people who think they *ought* to run the country. The Times is read by the people who actually *do* run the country. The Daily Mail is read by the wives of the people who run the country. The Financial Times is read by people who *own* the country. The Morning Star is read by people who think the country ought to be run by *another* country. The Daily Telegraph is read by the people who think it is.'"Prime Minister, what about the people who read The Sun?""Sun readers don't care *who* runs the country - as long as she's got big tits.

Maybe we're just falling stars, we once danced in the same skyline looking down at the world. And we've fallen like all others, from near and far, we've gathered together, but separated by time and space, keeping a part of that light that we've came with and spreading it in this dark world that we've chosen to live in, in order to shine some light and love around. Maybe we've chosen to believe one truth today, and find it to be false tomorrow. Maybe we're trying to not get attached to the idea that we now know it all. At night, we see the truth of where we've fallen from, gazing in that night sky full of distant stars, constellations, planets, the reflection of the sun on the moon, all with their own stories to tell. Sometimes we wonder why would we leave such a mysterious place, with an infinite amount of stories and wonders. Maybe it's because as stars we could've only seen each other's light from afar, but here we can listen more carefully to each other's story, embrace each other and kiss, discover more and more of what can be seen when infinite star dust potential is put into one body and given freedom to walk the Earth and wander, love and enjoy every moment until coming back. Maybe in the morning, we'll only see one star shining up there and forget the others. Maybe that is also how life and death is, and the beauty of the sunrise and sunset that come in between, our childhood years and old years, when we reflect on the stars that we once were and that we will once again be. Maybe, just maybe.
Virgil Kalyana Mittata Iordache
The sun is free, it is still there to be enjoyed.
Margaret Atwood
I love to see those paragliders weaving softly around Moon Point, their legs floating above you in the air. When they drift in for a landing, their feet touch the ground and they trot forward from the continued motion of the glider, which billows down like a setting sun. I never get tired of watching them and I've seen them thousands of times. I always wondered what that kind of freedom would feel like.
Deb Caletti
FORKED BRANCHESWe grew up on the same street,You and me.We went to the same schools,Rode the same bus,Had the same friends,And even shared spaghettiWith each other's families. And though our roots belong toThe same tree,Our branches have grownIn different directions. Our tree,Now resembles a thousandOther treesIn a sea of a trillionOther treesWith parallel destiniesAnd similar dreams. You cannot envy the branchThat grows biggerFrom the same seed,And you cannotBlame it on the sun's direction. But you still compare us,As if we're still those twoKids at the parkSlurping down slushies andEating ice cream. The Sun can rise anytime in your dreams. And there night may fall anytime as well.
Munia Khan
The blood of the setting sun suddenly spilled out on the western horizon like that of millions of people who have died in some violent war that has broken out between Earth and Heaven. Suddenly the war ended in defeat and all-embracing darkness descended and pervaded all four corners of the globe, wiping out the sadness and shyness that was in her eyes.
Tayeb Salih
A good roast of sun, it slows you, lets you relax–and out here if there's anything wrong, you can see it coming with bags of time to do what's next. This is the place and the weather for peace, for the cultivation of a friendly mind.
A.L. Kennedy
When i see Sun, i think about peace, happiness, hope and a bright future. I like Sun, i like to go out, walk around and see people setting by the cafe or a resturant or a park or somewhere else, drinking and eating whatever they feel like and enjoying their life. I like that very much when i see people are out, happy, Smiling and enjoying. This is how our life mean to be, we need to enjoy every day of our life the most and remember that is what God want for us that we need to enjoy our life, try to be happy and do good things whatever it takes to make others happy too, Let's try not to hurt anyone. Thanks God for whatever you blessed us with.

One of the the things she most liked about the city -apart from all its obvious attractions, the theatre, the galleries, the exhilarating walks by the river- was that so few people ever asked you personal questions.
Julia Gregson

Matshona Dhliwayo
As the sun lives on when it sets in the warmth it has given to others, you too will live on in the hearts of those whose lives you have touched.
Matshona Dhliwayo
I am your earth if you want me to be.I am your sky if you want me to be.I am your sun if you want me to be.I am your world if you want me to be.I am your universe if you want me to be.

Be like the sun who fell in love with the moon and shared all his light.
Kamand Kojouri
Learn from the sun; it is warm to everyone, and is therefore never in short supply of those who adore it.
Matshona Dhliwayo
Nothing belongs to itself anymore. These trees are yours because you once looked at them. These streets are yours because you once traversed them. These coffee shops and bookshops, these cafés and bars, their sole owner is you. They gave themselves so willingly, surrendering to your perfume. You sang with the birds and they stopped to listen to you. You smiled at the sheepish stars and they fell into your hair. The sun and moon, the sea and mountain, they have all left from heartbreak. Nothing belongs to itself anymore. You once spoke to Him, and then God became yours. He sits with us in darkness now to plot how to make you ours.” K.K.
Kamand Kojouri
Van Gogh couldn't have painted the stars in your eyes.
Nina Mouawad
For the sun to shine, you gotta have some rain. You need the damn rain.
Khali Raymond
One day, all your worries will set like the sun does and deserved happiness will come gushing like waves at the beach do. All you need to make sure id that your trips to beach never end.
Jasleen Kaur Gumber
The journey of the sun and moon is predictable, but yours is your ultimate art.
Suzy Kassem
Love without restraint makes one saint and the other faint the sweetest face and the tenderest embrace bring the sun to every place in such grace.
Ana Claudia Antunes
Maybe the moon just lost herself gazing too long at the brilliance of the sun and that’s how she got her glow. And maybe we’re made of the same mysterious sort of magic that makes us magnify and mirror whatever we look at the most.
Cristen Rodgers
My mind is the sun,and my heart is the moon.In the sky between them, there I am.Cristen Rodgers

I asked of the limitless sunshineHow to shine with the dawn's glowing light; No answer came back from the sunshine, But my soul heard a whisper, "Burn bright!

The first time I heard you laugh, I only wanted to say funny things so you would always be laughing. You know what happens to chocolate when you leave it out in the sun? I’m that unfortunate chocolate and you, you are the laughing sun. For this reason, I am offering myself to you not as a martyr or some selfless fool, but as a self-indulgent moth who actively pursues the light without much fear for the flame. The moth who revels in the heat and declares: Burn me.
Kamand Kojouri
As the station wagon pulled back onto the highway, the sun was slowly sinking below the horizon like a leaky boat. Well, except for that fact that boats are not generally round, orange and on fire. Hmm. Come to think of it, in no way whatsoever did the sun, in this instance, resemble a leaky boat. My apologies. That was a dreadful attempt at simile. Please allow me to try again. As the station wagon pulled back onto the highway, the sun was slowly sinking below the horizon like a self-luminous, gaseous sphere comprised mainly of of hydrogen and helium.

Yes, an actual full-sized camel. If you find that confusing, just think how the criosphinx must have felt.Where did the camel come from, you ask? I may have mentioned Walt’s collection of amulets. Two of them summoned disgusting camels. I’dmet them before, so I was less than excited when a ton of dromedary flesh flew across my line of sight, plowed into the sphinx, and collapsed on topof it. The sphinx growled in outrage as it tried to free itself. The camel grunted and farted.“Hindenburg,” I said. Only one camel could possibly fart that badly. “Walt, why in the world—?”“Sorry!” he yelled. “Wrong amulet!”The technique worked, at any rate. The camel wasn’t much of a fighter, but it was quite heavy and clumsy. The criosphinx snarled and clawedat the floor, trying unsuccessfully to push the camel off; but Hindenburg just splayed his legs, made alarmed honking sounds, and let loose gas.I moved to Walt’s side and tried to get my bearings.

Our problems started in Dallas, when the fire-breathing sheep destroyed the King Tut exhibit.
Rick Riordan
If you’re listening to this, congratulations! You survived Doomsday.I’d like to apologize straightaway for any inconvenience the end of the world may have caused you. The earthquakes, rebellions, riots, tornadoes, floods, tsunamis, and of course the giant snake who swallowed the sun—I’m afraid most of that was our fault. Carter and I decided we should at least explain how it happened.
Rick Riordan
