An avalanche is just a snowflake that got pissed off.
Andi James Chamberlain
I like it subdued and tepid, with far to much milk
Andi James Chamberlain
And so, what of it all? What of me and my passions and personas, my great loves and failures of love, my writing, my politics? What of the clanging opinions, the endless queries as to the whys and wherefores of how I chose to conduct myself? In the end, there is but one answer to every question, whether it is spit at me or made as gentlest inquiry: I was I.
Elizabeth Berg
I don't think I'm entirely on board with the 'do what you truly want to do' school of thought. Not without a little more nuance. There has to be an anchor in the wide-open space. Otherwise, 'doing what you truly want' isn't an authentic attempt at exploration -- it's just another hyper-individualistic credo masquerading as something grand. I mean we're all gung ho about pursuing personal freedom, but why do we want it? If we never constructively apply it to something beyond ourselves, and if it doesn't deepen our sense of connection and humanity, then what's the point?
Clara Bensen
Freedom of mind is the real freedom. A person whose mind is not free though he may not be in chains, is a slave, not a free man. One whose mind is not free, though he may not be in prison, is a prisoner and not a free man. One whose mind is not free though alive, is no better than dead. Freedom of mind is the proof of one's existence.
B.R. Ambedkar
In the blackness of the midnight sleep world, immunized from the harsh glare of daytime reality, the active imagination of the soul dances in the mind of a dream weaver. Safely shrouded in the all-encompassing blanket of darkness supplied by nighttime sleep, our secret wishes speak to us by channeling the collective mythology of the primordial mind. During the wee hours of night, right before first light, we summon our personal muse to tell us in operatic fashion what it means to be human. If we listen carefully, our muse’s heart songs shares with us what it means to experience both the tragedy and comedy of life, and encourages us to unreservedly embrace in a moral manner the banality, brutality, beauty, and splendor of nature that occurs eternally in the cosmic world that swaddles us.
Kilroy J. Oldster
Either you suffer& die or you choose to fight& rebirth until dreams cometh true and reach you home.
Ankit Samrat
Reality does not create the entire womb of human life. We have eyes that witness truth and beauty. We are creatures that think, plan, dream, and remember. The lambent luminescence supplied by human memory reveals that we live in a dream world. Human imagination tied to memory tells us how to live today and forevermore.
Kilroy J. Oldster

People fear what they don't understand.
Jordan Hoechlin
Sometimes I fear that even as a People when we take one step forward, we reel backwards ten times fold. I don't even think on the Precipice of Change will we truly move forward... It will most definitely take a Miracle.
Solange nicole
Don't cry after my death, I won't know it.Love me when I am alive.
Luffina Lourduraj
Being blinded in love and friendship is a common mistake.
Eraldo Banovac
The mind provides a person with the mental fortitude to survive any physical or spiritual crisis. For the present time, I am satisfying myself by building a little shop in the back of my mind, a place where stillness resides and a jangle of thoughts can come and visit. I am building a room of my own, a room that I can retreat to when needed, a place where I am always welcomed regardless of the trappings of this ordinary and finite life. I do not need much as far as earthy rewards, but I certainly will not spurn food, drink, companionship, love, affection, friendship, or other physical, emotional, spiritual, aesthetic, and sensuous pleasures that find their way to my humble doorstep.
Kilroy J. Oldster
A person who is too proud in love will suffer from the devastating bitterness in the end.
Eraldo Banovac
A reader knows the mind of sacred souls.
Lailah Gifty Akita
It is high time that you break the shackles of separatism and with the glorious flames of love, compassion and humanism in heart, you assimilate the goodness from all around you. Let love and compassion reign over the modern human civilization and hatred be a matter of ancient history.
Abhijit Naskar

Jasleen Kaur Gumber
The paramount terror that plagues humankind is to live a meaningless life of an exile, an incomplete person whom fails to experience the rapture of living in an astonishing manner.
Kilroy J. Oldster
These thrill seeker people doing extreme sports...they have a hideous accident, go through agonizing recovery, and then go back to that activity that nearly killed them...that's not facing your fear, that's embracing your stupidity.
Kelli Jae Baeli
Each stage of your lifeis like petals of a flower... unfolding and opening until it comes to full bloom...You will blossom and then you die...But know that this is not your ending.
Summerlyn Guthrie
Funny thing about the darkness... It can be defeated by the dimmest shimmer of light! So on your darkest days let even a little bit of light in

Perfection Doesn’t Need Adornments or Accessories to Be Called ‘Perfect’. It’s more like 'living in the moment' which can’t be described even by The Wisest Ascetic on this earth.
Taranpreet Singh
Living in a spiritual manner, exhibiting a joyous and mindful embrace of the manifold wonders of an earthy existence, enhances life. A person develops spirituality by spending solitary time thinking about the larger issues in life. Scripting a personal philosophy for conducting a person’s life is a spiritual testament. A spiritual person seeks a system of general truths that encoded statement transforms their character.
Kilroy J. Oldster
Humans recognize the duality, autonomy, and latitude range of the mind and the body, and all humans comprehend their impending mortality. Unlike other animals, humankind knows despair brought about by understanding the inevitability of death of all living creatures. The radius of human thought touching upon the longitude of our transient existence causes infinite pain. Seeking to ameliorate existential anguish incites us to ponder spiritual matters, and this sphere of mental activity spurs us to contemplate the perimeter of unknown frontiers. Our ability to understand the compass of life and death allows us to view the circumference of the world as consisting of a past, a present, and a future in relation to our own lives. How a person views the range of their earthly life and how a person rationalizes their march towards a deathly outback creates a system of beliefs that separate people into classes, and the variations amongst class members’ belief systems supplements who we think we are.
Kilroy J. Oldster
Soldiers train for war, but pray for peace
Mekael Shane
The sweetness of prayer is the prosperity of the soul.
Lailah Gifty Akita
A man can gasp out his life beside you-and you feel none of it. Pity, Sympathy, sure-but you don't feel the pain. Your belly is whole and that's what counts. A half-yard away someone's world is snuffled out in roaring agony-and you feel nothing. That's the misery of the world.
Erich Maria Remarque
It's not much. You begin by thinking there is something extraordinary about it. But you'll find out, when you've been out in the world a while longer, unhappiness is the commonest thing there is.
Erich Maria Remarque
There is a light within our soul that burns brighter than the sun. And we ignore it.
Basith
Many books describe different problem solving techniques, but solving complicated problems in reality is not so easy.
Eraldo Banovac
Reading is going toward something that is about to be, and no one yet knows what it will be.
Italo Calvino
Certainly we can say that the pace of modern life, increased and supported by our technology in general and our personal electronics in particular, has resulted in a short attention span and an addiction to the influx of information. A mind so conditioned has little opportunity to think critically, and even less chance to experience life deeply by being in the present moment. A complex life with complicated activities, relationships and commitments implies a reflexive busy-ness that supplants true thinking and feeling with knee-jerk reactions. It is a life high in stress and light on substance, at least in the spiritually meaningful dimensions of being.
Arthur Rosenfeld
The optimist sees the glass as half full, the pessimist as half empty. What I see is water that can save someone's life.
Abhijit Naskar

Time passes: yesterday has gone for ever but tomorrow never comes. Let's make the most of today.
Robert Ashby
The only currency that we really have to spend during our lives is time. Everything else is just a sub-category.
Stephen R. Bown
... the river is everywhere at once, at the source and at the mouth, at the waterfall, at the ferry, at the rapids, in the sea, in the mountains, everywhere at once, and that there is only the present time for it, not the shadow of the past, not the shadow of the future.
Hermann Hesse
You be good. That's your business. The rest, leave to God. That's his business.
Fakeer Ishavardas
Happiness is, when it comes to the understanding of its meaning, to sometimes be unhappy.
Hasse Jerner
Parents rarely let go of their children, so children let go of them. They move on. They move away. The moments that used to define them - a mother's approval, a father's nod - are covered by moments of their own accomplishments. It is not until much later, as the skin sags and the heart weakens, that children understand; their stories, and all their accomplishments, sit atop the stories of their mothers and fathers, stones upon stones, beneath the waters of their lives
Mitch Albom
Shred the fake mask of humility into pieces. And put on the mask of arrogance if needed.
Abhijit Naskar
At times, look back towards your ancient days, drink deep from the eternal fountain of wisdom long gone, and then look ahead.
Abhijit Naskar
Religion is an experience, not a bunch of doctrines.
Abhijit Naskar
Most of the modern human society has nearly lost the faculty of observing the internal mechanism.
Abhijit Naskar
Dare to contradict the scientist, not because of your scripture, but because of your own rational thinking.
Abhijit Naskar
Any idea of separation is bondage. True liberation of the mind is in non-differentiation.
Abhijit Naskar
Any idea of separation is bondage. True liberation of the mind is in non-differentiation. And in the pursuit of breaking free from all the shackles of such man-made bondages, science is the most effective tool we have till this date. But in order to bring out all its effectiveness into the human society, it must be sweetened first with the touch of philosophy. Science without Philosophy leads to chaos. Philosophy without Science leads to nowhere. Only together they can construct a better world.
Abhijit Naskar
Every word that comes out of my neurons is to make humanity see that there are more things in our biology that make us one, than there are to set us apart. My goal is simple. It is to take the human civilization with me on the path of sweet general harmony.
Abhijit Naskar
Truth, by all means is the ultimate reward for all the sufferings of the human mind that often compel even the strongest of characters to get down on his or her knees.
Abhijit Naskar
Don't judge people by their religious, cultural, or professional background. Judge if you must, by their behavior with other people.
Abhijit Naskar
There is no religion better than love, no color better than the color of happiness and no language better than the language of compassion.
Abhijit Naskar
Harmony doesn’t come merely through tolerance. You don’t need to tolerate people from other cultural backgrounds. It is time you start loving them. Toleration may make you a decent person, but it is love that makes you a true human being.
Abhijit Naskar
Everything that makes you, you, is a biologically existential expression of your entire brain.
Abhijit Naskar
There are more things in our biology that make us one, than there are to set us apart.
Abhijit Naskar
Stop giving people the power to control your smile, your worth, your attitude and your day. Don’t give anyone that much power over your life.
Germany Kent
I have tried to live my life with no regrets. Because regrets will become guilt in some cases, and guilt eats away at your sanity.
James Hauenstein
A delirious person would think there's only one way, and that way is simple, but the truth is no way of living is simple, and there are many ways like there are many roads, but one must think above the system, and the individual must work strong to avail enough to be satisfied.
John Shelton Jones
