The experience of innocence; the experience of joy—this edifies ourselves and others. And that is spirituality. An ice cream cone can be the most spiritual object in the universe, at any given time.

To really be free of fear involves being free of the feeling of any personal responsibility of ownership for everything - even of our body. If we feel that we are a separate individual who personally owns or possesses even just a body, fear will hound us.What we feel we own is felt to be personal and what is felt to be personal is felt to be separate from others and life, and then fear seems warranted.But when nothing is experienced as personal then nothing is felt to be separate and fear falls away.So regardless of how much money, if any, we have in the bank and how many material possessions we own, each of us is invited to the deeper surrender of ‘owning without owning’.

If there are patterns of bound emotions then life will bring that to the surface as often as is needed for all feelings to now come and go naturally without any personal sense to them.

Being born into this world involves taking on a conditioned view of identity - for a while at least. We are all conditioned from a very young age to believe that we are separate and incomplete, and that if we could only just get something additional then we will somehow become whole.

True intelligence is pure love which does not exclude or waste anything.Not even a grain of sand is excluded or wasted. There are no exceptions in what is set free and in what is in service to this setting free.Life, the formless, form and fragrance, knows exactly what it is doing.Life is pure, unfiltered Intelligence flowing as whatever shape is now appearing.It is alive and it is all calling us Home.Do you hear the grain of sand calling your name?It says, “Love.”Do you sense the truth of it?If not, lean in and ‘listen’ again - this time with the whole of your being.

We are here not only to realize the truth of our being but to express it. If we realize who we are but still move from fear or a sense of obligation or cultural expectation, then the realization has not yet integrated into the whole of life.

Mystical experiences are not required to blast fear out of our system and for us to stabilize in the sensing of oneness with the totality - only the willingness to move with however life is now flowing. With conscious movement now, all sense of separation between life and self dissolves, and life free of fear is realized and expressed.
